Cracking down on illegal malicious complaint agents, credit recovery scams and other black and gray products are receiving common attention from all parties.

A number of institutions said that they should start from themselves, fulfill the main responsibility and social responsibility of anti-black ash production, make efforts to create a good business environment and market order, and protect the rights and interests of financial consumers with high standards.
Who is "instigating"?
In May, 2022, Wang, a customer of Immediate Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Immediate Consumer"), went to the credit investigation because of the overdue period, so he found an illegal agency on the Internet to achieve the purpose of "whitewashing the credit investigation".
In the communication with the consumer customer service immediately, Wang said that because the cost of illness treatment is too high to repay, I hope to delete the overdue records. However, in the subsequent investigation and evidence collection, it was found that the "information related to illness treatment" provided by Wang was fraudulent. Even if he was caught with forged materials, Wang not only didn't realize the problem, but also complained to the Chongqing Banking Regulatory Bureau many times in an attempt to put pressure on immediate consumption through the regulatory authorities in order to delete the overdue credit record.
In view of Wang's distortion of the facts and the existence of malicious agent complaints and the suspicion of making false certification materials behind him, he immediately chose to report the case decisively, and the local public security organ immediately filed a case for investigation with illegal agent rights protection. On May 10th this year, the local public security organ punished Wang with 10 days' administrative detention for the illegal facts of providing false documents. With Wang's conviction, illegal rights defenders such as Lin Mou and Chen Mou, who helped financial consumers achieve the goals of "debt relief" and "credit reporting" by various means, also surfaced and were punished accordingly.
Such cases of illegal agency rights protection are not uncommon.
Recently, Lexin's installment music teamed up with the police in Wuhan, Hubei Province to successfully seize a case of illegal agency "debt trouble". It is reported that in the recent business investigation, Staging Music found that a consulting company in Wuhan was suspected of posing as a user for many times to make false complaints and reported the case to the local police. After on-the-spot investigation, Wuhan police found that the company did have the illegal act of using forged relevant documents to act as an agent to protect rights. After further evidence collection, the relevant person in charge was sentenced to administrative punishment of public security detention for 5 days according to law.
